Not sure who discoverred this originally... Try it: While sitting take your right foot and make clockwise circles and then trace the number 6 in the air with your right hand. Your foot will start going in the opposite direction. My solution? Draw the 6 in reverse. :-)

i tried both legs and drawing the 6 backwards and forwards with both hands, but my legs did not change directions
