I got gypped; we had roasted lamb, but it was pre-cooked! Apparantly mom and dad decided to make a ton of other food and opted for a ready-to-eat leg of lamb. Oh well, maybe next year.
Instead I got a big fat greek belly ache -- I swear, labor was less painful -- so its going to be a rough night. Tomorrow, when I'm feeling better I'll post some pictures and whatnot.

Today very well may turn out to be My Big Fat Greek Easter. We're heading to my parent's house later to celebrate Easter/Mom's Birthday/Gaetano's Birthday in typical greek style. That's right, we'll be roasting a lamb in the backyard.
